Physical Products
All sales of physical products, including books, planners, and merchandise, are final.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sixfigurescrubs.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, including eBooks, digital planners, templates, and other electronic resources, all digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased or accessed, refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be provided.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
Fraud Prevention
